12. Build & Win Competition
From time to time, we run promotions on the Kobble platform. The following terms apply to the Competition and should be read together with the rest of these Terms of Service. Where there is any inconsistency, these Competition terms apply to the Competition only.
The promoter is Yondr Money Pty Ltd (ABN 11 625 732 569), trading as Kobble.
The Competition opens at 8:00pm AEST on Tuesday 28 July 2026 and closes at 8:00pm AEST on Thursday 27 August 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years and over who are residents of Australia. Employees of Yondr Money Pty Ltd and its related entities, and the immediate families of those employees, are not eligible to enter.
To enter, complete a build using Kobble AI at ai.kobble.net during the Competition period, using a legitimate email. One entry is permitted per email address. Where more than one build is submitted from the same email address, only the first will be considered. We may disqualify entries that appear to use multiple or automatically generated email addresses to obtain additional entries.
All valid entries will be judged by a panel of Kobble representatives against the following criteria: complexity, level of detail, visual presentation.
The winner will receive a Shouta gift card to the value of AUD $250 (including GST). Shouta is operated by Yondr Money Pty Ltd (ABN 11 625 732 569, AFSL 545391). There is one prize in total and it is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
To claim the prize, the winner must hold a Shouta account. If the winner does not already have one, they will need to register at shouta.co using the email address used to enter. The gift card value will be applied to that account and is then subject to the Shouta terms and conditions, including any expiry or redemption conditions, available at https://www.shouta.co/terms-eml. We are not responsible for the availability of any particular product or service through Shouta.
The winner will be notified by email at the address used to enter, by Tuesday 1 September 2026. If we are unable to contact the winner, or the prize is not claimed, within 14 days of the first notification, the entry will be void and we may select another winner from the remaining valid entries.
By entering, you agree that we may use your name and a general description of the non-confidential elements of your build in marketing and promotional material without further payment or notice. We will not publish any confidential business information contained in an entry. Entrants retain ownership of their builds.
Personal information collected in connection with the Competition will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may vary, suspend, or cancel the Competition at any time where it is necessary to do so, subject to any applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss arising from participation in the Competition or use of the prize. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
